Air Delivery Lab Instrumentation
For compliance with IS 374 (2019)
It is now mandatory for all fan manufacturers to comply with IS 374 (2019). As part of this, it is necessary to set up the Air Delivery lab. We have designed our Air Delivery Lab Instrumentation keeping in mind the constraints of MSME fan manufacturers.
The system is available in semi-automatic or automatic configurations. It shall support automated data logging and report generation which reduces your test time and effort while improving the accuracy and repeatability.
Our leadership team has previous experience in designing and commissioning two AD labs for a leading fan manufacturer in India. We are committed to providing cost-effective and reliable equipment to help manufacturers comply with IS requirements.

CoSART F1.0
Reliability Test Solution for BLDC Fans
CoSART F1.0 (Compact and Scalable Accelerated Reliability Testbench for Fans 1.0) is one of our products designed specifically for BLDC fan manufacturers. It enables large-scale accelerated testing of fan motors.

A customizable PLC-based control panel is provided with the test bench. Using the HMI, it is possible to manage tests for all samples, monitor key parameters, check alarms, and generate raw data for further analysis.
CoSART F1.0 is a modular product solution. We can build the test rig by stacking the individual units as per the requirement of the manufacturer – depending on production volumes, the size of the environmental chamber (if available), and the number of SKUs. With CoSART F1.0, you can test 60-90 fan motors at full load in a space as small as 27 cu.m. It is nearly impossible to test at these scales in an accelerated fashion with conventional methods. This testing approach can bring forth several issues in electronics before product launch. The failure of PCBs can be due to issues in the assembly of components, damage of components over the period of usage, damage of components due to thermo-mechanical stresses, and defects in soldering.

Line Product Test Solution for BLDC Fans
CoFT F1.0 (Compact Full-load Testbench for Fans 1.0) is one of our products designed specifically for BLDC fan manufacturers. It allows the testing of 100% samples on the production line at full-load.
A customizable PLC-based control panel is provided with the test bench. Using the HMI, it is possible to manage tests for all samples, monitor key parameters, check alarms, and generate raw data for further analysis.

Reliability Calculator
We understand that each manufacturer has their own constraints when it comes to testing. To address this challenge, we have developed a free online calculator. This calculator combines the parametric binomial test (Weibull) with an accelerated test using the Arrhenius model. With this, manufacturers can plan sample size and test duration for their accelerated reliability tests.
